The concepts of delivered, bounced, dropped, and unsubscribe in the email sending report.

What is "Delivered"? "Delivered" refers to the number of emails that have been successfully sent. What is "Email Bounced"? An "Email Bounce" happens when the email you send is rejected by the recipient’s mail server, usually because the email address doesn't exist or the mailbox is full. What is "Email Dropped"? "Email Dropped" refers to emails that are blocked from being sent because the address had previously resulted in a hard bounce. This is done to protect the email sending reputation. What is "Unsubscribe"? "Unsubscribe" means the recipient clicked the unsubscribe link to opt out of receiving future emails. What is "Pre Unsubscribe"? "Pre Unsubscribe" refers to contacts who had previously unsubscribed from emails sent by this sender, even before the current campaign.
